About the programme

WH:SHF Wave 3 builds on the previous waves of the programme, continuing to support social housing landlords to deliver retrofit at scale and encouraging the uptake of low carbon heating for the benefit of their residents.

IFF are leading on the evaluation of Wave 3, on behalf of the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). Evaluation is important to assess the outcomes of Wave 3, to understand how effectively it is being implemented, and to help to maximise its outcomes. To find out more about the evaluation, you can refer to these introductory slides.

The self conducted evaluation refers to the part of this evaluation that is carried out by Grant Recipients. It includes the A1 Social Housing Landlord Capacity and Capability Form, the A2 Supply Chain Capacity and Capability Form, the A3 Residents Survey and the Group B additional evaluation. This knowledge hub has been designed to provide guidance and support for completing these self-evaluation activities.
